I live in Poole on the south coast, one of the UK’s hardest water areas, where tackling limescale feels like a full-time job. Floaty bits in your tea? Yep. Frizzy hair and dry skin? Been there. A bathroom that refuses to stay clean for more than five minutes? You get it!

Just like you and millions of others in the UK, I found myself constantly battling hard water. But when I went looking for practical, no-nonsense advice… it just didn’t seem to exist in one easy place.

That’s why I created Hard Water Home — to help you deal with limescale and understand hard water, so you can spend less time scrubbing and more time enjoying your space!
